Issues & progress after the New World Update

We’ve been checking on a few issues after the update. Here’s the list and current progress:

[General Issues]

Login issue or update not working properly: WIP
It seems that changing the Chrome language to English fixes the issue. Please apply this temporary solution if you are having issues with login.
Receiving Red Dragon Egg after several actions: Fixed
It was a bug, but please consider it as a gift
Building demolishing not working: WIP
Cavalry’s lightning speed
We don’t think it’s a bug, but we are checking on it.
Downloading all the assets every time the game reloads: WIP
Main quest about building level not completing: Fixed
Troop Dispatch Queue not shown correctly on the march UI: WIP
CVC treasures not showing on treasure list: WIP
Newbie Support event quest shown as a blank page: WIP
Daily Quest shown as a blank page for a few users: WIP

[Infinite loading issue]

These issues share a similar cause that we've identified and are currently working on.

Ongoing construction queue missing: Fixed

The construction in one of the queues was missing, and we’ve restored the progress for users who experienced this issue.

For those who started another construction after the update and already filled both slots, we didn’t overwrite the progress. Please submit a CS ticket to have this resolved. We have the old data, so it shouldn’t be an issue.
Kill & Gathering count reset

We will restore the data to its state before the update. Please keep in mind that this will overwrite any progress made after the server update.
Consecutive Login Bonus

We will restore the data and add any missing days up to the update point.
