💀Ban Policy for In-game Abuses (bot, script, violation of ToS, etc)💀

Dear Kings, Queens, Landlords, and @everyone 👑

Here is the ground rule for the users who participate in any unauthorized activities.

1️⃣ Ban - 7 days suspension / All troops, Crystals & Items will be taken
2️⃣ Ban - 60 days suspension / All troops, Crystals & Items will be taken
3️⃣ Ban - A permanent ban ☠️

⚠️ For the avoidance of doubt, the rule shall apply in general cases, and the application of the rule may be subject to changes in consideration of the relevant user’s violation of the rule.⚠️

▶️ For the users banned in the past few days for using unauthorized script, we will lift the ban as the violation happened before we announced such ground rule. The following rule will be applied to those users.
- Crystal and troops will be removed proportionately.
- You’ll be removed from CvC ranking, and thus won’t be receiving the CvC reward. (The ranking will be adjusted accordingly).
- We will revert the land development point gained from these user's malicious acts.
- The accounts will be restored later this week earlier next week.

Please understand that our team is dedicated to banning/penalizing any bots/scripts to improve all community members' gaming experiences and this is just the first step before many other measures against the bots/scripts users.

We would like to also emphasize that it is extremely risky to entrust your personal information to a third party to gain access to unauthorized programs, and that we DO NOT and CANNOT compensate for any losses incurred during such actions.

We confirmed cases in which the users entrust their access token address to unauthorized third parties. Such action will render your accounts vulnerable, leaving all information and access at the mercy of hackers.

Please logout and re-login to refresh your X_ACCESS_TOKEN. The banned users access token is already refreshed when banned.
