During a recent update in preparation for LOKA’s rebranding, we identified that the reward distribution system has distributed more $LOKA than originally planned.
Specifically, rewards from unoccupied LANDs — which were supposed to be locked under the Land 3.0 model — were added to the distribution pool and shared among LAND owners.
While this was unintended, we’ve decided not to reclaim the excess rewards.
Instead, please consider them a bonus for our early LAND holders. 💝
Please note that these extra tokens are the portion that was not part of the total reward allocated for future LAND owners.
This means that the reward for future new LAND holders will not be impacted.
Starting from April 24th, the reward distribution will be drawn from the corrected reward pool.
We’ll continue to improve LOKA’s tokenomics and enhance transparency as we move forward.
