LOKA rebranding is underway!

Discord announcement as at 24 March 2025 05:08 PM

As we prepare for this pivotal moment, we're focused on building a solid foundation for the future of our token and its ecosystem. The first step? Bringing greater clarity to $LOKA’s tokenomics.
We’re preparing a key update that aligns with evolving industry standards and ensures full transparency.

Before we proceed, we’d appreciate our community’s input to help discuss and guide this initiative. Please read carefully and be ready to cast your votes on this matter!

1️⃣Our plan

All remaining $LOKA tokens in the max supply will be minted at once and locked according to the schedule outlined in the whitepaper.
Unlocked tokens up to that date will be transferred to designated wallet addresses for secure storage, these will begin counting toward circulating supply.

🔒 Important: This is an operational adjustment, not a token release to the market. The number of tokens in public hands will remain unchanged.🔒

2️⃣Our intention

To adopt updated industry standards

Until now, unlocked but reserved tokens were excluded from circulating supply figures.
Recently, Binance and CoinMarketCap revised their methodology to include all unlocked tokens.
We’re aligning with this standard to maintain clarity and consistency across platforms.

To synchronize circulating supply data with the whitepaper schedule

Moving forward, what users see when they search $LOKA or $A2Z on CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko will accurately reflect the official unlock schedule, bringing visible data in line with real on-chain emissions.

To ensure full on-chain transparency

With this update, all tokens, locked, unlocked (released or reserved), will be fully trackable on-chain.
This eliminates any uncertainty around token unlocks and reinforces our long-term commitment to transparency.

Voting will begin on March 28th, 2025 - live for 2 weeks. Full details will be released on voting date.
Only $LOKA and $WLOKA holders will be able to vote.

We appreciate your input as we move forward. Let us know if you have any comments or questions.
Stay tuned for more details and be ready to cast your vote!
