There can be few reason.
1. In order to mint rss, you will need a drago in your lair that not performing any activities.
(Such as gathering, rally, supporting building and etc)
2. If your drago are rented, please check if still active in renting system. (check with drago owner)
There are 2 rental platform.
(Lok and Lootrush system)
If using LoK rental system, you may contact owner; to cancel and rent it out again.
Otherwise if use lootrush rental system, which unable to contact owner,
may reach out to lootrush support and request assistance.
